Helpdesk unable to recolve E16-4 error



I hope your collective knowledge and experience can help solve my problem.
I am unable to view channel 189 (Ignition) on my Compact package and receive E16-4 error. This happened between yesterday and today. Phoned the helpdesk this morning but they were unable to resolve and say the problem has been “escalated”. Not sure how long that will take?
After checking “My Channels” I noticed that channel 189 is missing. I went through many resourses for help and also checked Helpdesk Platform video for help but did not find any help,

How can a single channel in a user’s package go missing?

Any help will be appreciated.
