This is a follow-on from my previous questions about using macros vs the Office API but I suspect in this case the Office API is probably what I need but I'm not sure where to start.
Basically - I have a table in my word doc that lists file names and the files themselves are delivered with the document in a folder. Currently the users have to search the folder themselves for the named file. I want to write something that will go through the file names and hyperlink them to the files. I was going to use VBA but now I'm wondering if that's the right approach.
